Welcome to the Empowerment Center for Girls of Virtue, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls to become confident, responsible, and virtuous women. Our mission is to provide girls with the tools and support they need to succeed in all areas of their lives.
We believe that every girl deserves a safe and nurturing environment in which to grow and learn. That’s why we’re raising funds to build out our new facility that will serve as a home base for our programs and activities.
Our new building will include classrooms, a computer lab, a library, a kitchen, and even a gym. It will also have a safe and secure living area for girls who need a place to stay. With your support, we can give girls the space and resources they need to reach their full potential.

Life Skills
Space for guest speakers and volunteers to speak and teach life skills such as money management, organization, and budgeting. Adding pops of color into the room through
pillows, trim work around whiteboards, and other decor.
Yoga Room
The space will have light green walls accompanied by beige tapestries. The space will be equipped with yoga mats, plants, baskets, salt lamps, and aroma therapy. Curtains and rods to compliment. Encouraging and biblical sayings will be displayed.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is a large spacious room ready for cooking and baking classes! It will be equipped with prep stations, cookware, appliances, floating wood shelves for the cookware, and a chalk wall to display the menu and recipes.
Mental Health Room Red
The Red Room will be a therapy/mental health space for adult-aged ladies. The space will be equipped with chairs, a desk area, traditional-style rugs, and decor. Linen curtains and antique brushed brass curtain rods complement the unique historic features of this room.
Mental Health Room Blue
The Blue Room is designated for young girls to have a safe space for mentoring with a professional. Space will be equipped with chairs and a couch, a desk area, a Moroccan style rug, bohemian accents, salt lamps, and aroma
therapy.
Library
The space will have orange walls that are peeking through cherry wood bookshelves. The bookshelves will be at a criss-cross design as well with some being traditionally horizontal-stacked. A matching cherrywood study desk will with bright velvet chairs, pillows, and beanbags.
Hangout Room
Central location for our girls to wait on classes. Here they will be provided with resources such as board games. A spacious open room is a hangout location so girls can mingle and wait for their upcoming classes.
Art Therapy Room
Fun & Whimsical. The colors are bright yet not overpowering – still cohesive with each other and will make the room flow. Creative space for drawing, painting, sculpting, crafting, etc. Art supplies are used as the decor and a tarp is used as a “rug.”
Executive Program
Excluded space for running businesses, working on plans, setting on goals, etc. Space is to be open, light, airy, and energizing. Open space with beautiful brick walls and arched windows.
Digital Media Lab
Room with beautiful lighting to give girls the opportunity to explore videography and photography. The room is within the Computer Lab to keep cohesiveness.
Computer Lab
Comfortable & Functional. Space is designed for homework, studying, and research. Monitor screens against dark walls to help with eye strain.
The Gym
Gym-like area with basic equipment. The room will be used for working out and self-defense classes. Garage-like space with automatic lifting door for fresh air and sunlight.
