Please join us for our 2nd Annual Fitness Competition. All proceeds will go directly to helping the young women in our community be grounded spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially.

This year will be 2-person teams FF, MM, and MF. There will be 3 wods and 1 floater.

A huge thank you to Crossfit Tailwinds for opening their gym to host and Shae and David Tozzo for leading the event.
