ABOUT US

Welcome to Girls of Virtue where Our Mission is to empower.

Empowering young women to be grounded spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially through mentorship and education. Girls of Virtue is a group program providing team building through outdoor activities to get the girls in nature and build their confidence, all while allowing them to pray and meditate to begin overcoming the challenges created by the current or past situations they have faced. We will surround them with strong, successful women who have experienced similar challenges and overcome those challenges to be successful in their personal and professional lives.

The women of Girls of Virtue will be available to mentor, guide, motivate, and inspire the girls in the program. Classes on personal growth, financial education, improved health with fitness and nutrition, personal brand, self-defense, and spiritual balance will be provided. As the girls reach an age where they can enter the workforce, Girls of Virtue will provide resources to assist them in obtaining vocational licenses. The mentorship relationship will continue during the secondary education process to ensure the girls in the program are successful and happy in their new careers.

Meet Allison, one of the first mentees of Girls of Virtue. Her journey with Girls of Virtue began three years ago, during a challenging period in her life. The program provided her with a safe space to regain her self-love and empowered her to dream big. Today, she stands as a testament to the transformative power of the program, ready to launch her own interior design firm.

Under the mentorship of Della, the founder of Girls of Virtue, Allison has been able to practice her design skills on the building, preparing each room for the girls who will find solace and strength within its walls. Allison’s story is a shining example of how Girls of Virtue equips young girls with the confidence and resources to turn their dreams into reality.

Join us in celebrating Allison’s journey and the countless other success stories that Girls of Virtue continues to inspire. Because at Girls of Virtue, we believe in the power of dreams and the strength of the girls who dare to dream them.

“It has sprouted a lot of great opportunities for our students. They have been exposed to financial workshops, interviewing skills, personal branding, and things of that nature. Things that aren’t taught in traditional high school anymore,”

Catina Thomason

Biscayne High School Vice Principal

About Us

women retreat, empowerment, empowering

Welcome to Girls of Virtue. Empowering young women to be grounded spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially through mentorship and education.

Girls are often taught to be a reflection of their mothers, but there are many girls who break that mold and choose to be a reflection of their own virtue. These girls are self-aware and confident in who they are, which is important for girls to learn. There are many different ways to be a girl of virtue. For example, one way is to express yourself through your work and show your work ethic to others. Another way is to find your passion and pursue it.

Girls of virtue are those who act with integrity and honesty. They follow their moral compass and are not afraid to speak up when they see something wrong. The girls of virtue live by their values and are not swayed by peer pressure or the desire for popularity.

Girls of Virtue Executive Program

In January, we are excited to launch our new initiative, the Executive Program. We are on the lookout for young women who demonstrate resilience, determination, and are willing to invest extra time and effort to transform their futures.

The program’s objective is to equip these women with a vocational trade by the end of the year, enabling them to earn a minimum annual income of $60,000. Throughout the year, we will conduct workshops to ensure they are holistically developed – spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially.

While we will provide substantial support, the Executive Program does require an application process to ensure eligibility. Once accepted, participants will have certain responsibilities. Each participant will be assigned to one of our local high schools. They will also need to meet with assigned providers and participate in community outreach initiatives. Additionally, they will assist at their local Empowerment Center.

Our executive participants will mentor the girls attending the workshops, creating a supportive and loving community. In turn, these girls will extend their support to the broader community. This cycle of empowerment is the heart of our Executive Program.
